Listing on the DRU Network does not imply regulatory approval or endorsement by any government or securities authority.

III.2 Independent Audits

Listed platforms may engage independent audit firms to perform third-party operational or financial reviews.
DRU may publish these reports as provided by the platform, but makes no representations or guarantees regarding their content, completeness, or legal sufficiency.

IV. Network Operations

IV.1 Blockchain Recordkeeping

The DRU Network uses cryptographic methods to record platform-provided data, including execution records and payout confirmations.
DRU does not control or verify the underlying financial systems of participating platforms, nor does it guarantee completeness of data provided.

IV.2 Governance Tools

Platforms may publish operational rules on the DRU Network using open-source smart contract frameworks.
These tools are provided for public visibility only and do not constitute legal or financial guarantees.

V. Settlement Infrastructure

V.1 Payout Access

The DRU Network provides instant-access payout services through its proprietary infrastructure, enabling participating platforms to offer faster payout experiences to their users. Final settlement of funds may be subject to banking timelines, partner agreements, and applicable regulatory requirements.

V.2 Cross-Border Payments

Cross-border payouts through the DRU Network are processed in fiat currency and are facilitated by authorized partner institutions.
DRU does not offer cryptocurrency-based settlement services.
